By accessing or using Gentility websites, APIs, software, agents, and related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company and “you” refers to that company.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the security of your account, API keys, and access credentials issued to you or your organization.
We provide controls to connect your infrastructure and apply policies to commands and queries. You acknowledge that using LLMs may involve transmitting prompts, context, and metadata to model providers acting as processors. We implement administrative, physical, and technical safeguards appropriate to the risk. You are responsible for securing your own environments and inputs.
The Services interoperate with third‑party tools and LLM providers. We are not responsible for third‑party services and your use of them is governed by their terms and privacy notices.
We and our licensors own all rights in the Services. You retain rights to your content, data, and outputs generated from your prompts subject to the rights of applicable third parties. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Services.
We may label features as “beta”, “preview”, or similar. These are provided for evaluation, may change without notice, and are offered “as is” without any commitments or SLAs.
Paid plans are billed as described on our Pricing page. Fees are non‑refundable except as required by law. Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility.
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect it and will not disclose it except to personnel and processors who need to know it to provide the Services and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, security risks, or non‑payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, but sections intended to survive (including ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitations) will continue.
The Services and outputs may contain errors and are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits. Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the Services in violation of law or these Terms, or your combination of the Services with non‑Gentility products or services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflicts of law principles. The courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above reflects the latest version. If changes are material we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
